Nothing more painful to an iPhone owner than to watch your device have a violent fall to the ground. Many will agree this crushing slow motion event happens over and over in their minds, while the screeches and screams of worry diminish and it settles in. With a statistic of a dominating number amongst mobile devices in North America, it’s a no-brainer that iPhone repair businesses have emerged with a very profitable and popular demand.
Apple released in late July 2009 that it would now open its new branch of i-phone and i-pod repair and the news sat well with Apple consumers. Even though this costly repair is much higher than the local repair store ($199 with no warranty )as well as reaching only to its original buyers. Meaning that any i-phones purchased outside official U.S Apple stores were not welcome.
With the broken-screen repair cost ranging in about 120-95$ outside of Apples doors, it is no wonder these phone repair gurus are doing well these days. And with a heart broken client walking in about every half hour, it’s safe to say that as long as these fragile phones are roaming the planet, establishments of these sorts will continue to soar.
I unfortunately happen to be one of the unlucky few that happened to purchase the magical device outside of North America, and it goes without saying that when bought outside of its covered area, iPhones automatically come unlocked in order to accept various networks outside of AT&T.
It took a dashing two months to find the right repair shop that was willing to fix my broken baby, and was even offered a 60 day repair warranty.
All it takes is some research of local repair shops willing to tailor necessary repairs to these wonderful devices.
